//1// 'I love you more than coffee' he said, as he gave me these flowers. Yes, there's a story behind that line and I'll share it soon. //2// And, speaking of coffee, my husband roasted his own, for the very first time, this past weekend! I'm so happy for and proud of him! //3// The ladies' Bible study that I'm a part of is beginning Ann Voskamp's book, One Thousand Gifts, and I am thrilled to begin the study.
//4// I deleted my personal facebook page at the beginning of January and began a facebook page for this blog and my Etsy shop instead. It feels a little bit one-sided since I cannot see or comment on the pages of anyone else, which was not something that I thought would be the case. Sometimes that fine line of too much social media vs. too little is a hard one to find in our day and time. //5// Some of you really liked the music that was featured on the vimeos that my husband put together and for good reason! Lullatone has some wonderful little pieces!
//6// Tonight I'm headed out for what I've termed a 'Target date' with one of my pals. When you're a young mama, you sometimes have to get creative in carving out time for friendships. We grab a Starbucks and then head to Target to
do some clothes shopping pick up diapers and wipes. //7// This quote stopped me in my tracks because, this weekend, you guys, my husband and I were shown an immense amount of kindness that I hope to share with you very soon. But here's the quote for now: Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see. (Mark Twain)
p.s. We took a little drive this past Saturday and I wanted to share some of the beauty that we took in!
