I am so thankful for the response to the 2 0 1 3 Cranny calendars. Thank you to so many of you who have sent encouraging words, pinned calendar images, featured the calendars on your website, hosted giveaways, or bought a calendar (or four!) from Cranny. Can you guess what's on the docket to be given away today? (smile) Today, I'm giving away both versions of the calendar. One for you and one for a friend.
The calendar giveaway will end on Sunday, January 13th, and a winner will be announced the following day. Merry 2 0 1 3 to you from Cranny + Me!

My favorite holiday is probably Thanksgiving. I love Christmas, but Thanksgiving is a little less stressful. :)
ReplyDeleteI love Christmas, but I'd say Easter means more to me - to celebrate the resurrection of our Savior with my family is wonderful! And maybe it's finally the burst of warm weather and sunshine in the Northwest (after enduring MONTHS of rain) that makes me love it so much! I adore everything about Easter and spring!
ReplyDeleteThanksgiving would have to be my favorite holiday. My mother spends all morning preparing an amazing lunch using most of my grandmother's recipes. The whole family usually goes on a walk together after lunch around the lake taking in nature in all of its beauty.
ReplyDeleteChristmas by far! I love the time of year, celebrating my Savior's birth and all the traditions I am now passing down to my girls!
ReplyDeleteI have come to love Advent. I'd always found Thanksgiving and Christmas to be warm, wonderful celebrations. But when I learned the rich liturgical history within the entire Advent season, and began celebrating it with my sweet children, well, it's a season I look forward to starting around August :-)
ReplyDeleteI've been meaning to tell you, I really want one of the black calendars! I hope I win it, but if not I still want to order one. =) I have a hard time choosing a favorite holiday, I love Christmas, but despite my best efforts, I still get overwhelmed with the busyness and travel of the season sometimes. I really love Thanksgiving for its simplicity and focus on God's gifts and togetherness.
ReplyDeleteI love the simple design and sweet message of the black calendar and would love to win one! Thanks for a chance. I like Easter - it signals a fresh start and the new growth of spring.
ReplyDeleteSuch a hard question:)! I think Easter wins. Nothing beats celebrating sin's defeat...that day and every other!
ReplyDeleteI think I would have to say Thanksgiving--it's nice to have a holiday centered on giving thanks and sharing with others.
ReplyDeleteI suppose Christmas would be my favorite. It is so much more special to me now that I have children!
ReplyDeleteI love Christmas b/c it's a whole long season vs one day. I love it even more now getting to share the joys of it with Charlotte.
ReplyDeletei loooooove valentines day. and not so much in the overly romantic. but simply showing extra love and packaging up little treasures for my favorite people.
ReplyDeletelove, lindsay
I love Thanksgiving! It's the one time a year my whole family is all in one place.
ReplyDeleteI love Thanksgiving...so much more simple!
ReplyDeleteI love Advent/Christmas. I have especially grown to love the week between Christmas and New Years.
ReplyDeleteI love Halloween! Spooky stories, costumes, candy, kids running around - it's fabulous!

My first love will always be Christmas. However, there is a huge love of Thanksgiving in my heart because it is simply about being together (& good food). ;)
